Terms of Service

The rules for buying and using SportsLink Pro, and what we do and do not promise.

This agreement

SportsLink Pro and sportslinkpro.online are owned and operated by ProfitLink Pro Ltd., a Nevada business based in Henderson, Nevada ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of sportslinkpro.online, the demo, and any SportsLink Pro recruiting site or recruiting hub you buy from us. By using the site or completing a purchase, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or buy the service.

If you also sign a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

What SportsLink Pro is

SportsLink Pro is a done-for-you service for softball and baseball players and their families. Depending on the plan you buy, it can include:

• A public recruiting website for your player, with video, stats, schedule, honors and contact details you approve.
• A private recruiting hub, behind passwords, for tracking colleges, coaches, communications, camps, scholarships, workouts and recruiting steps.
• Setup, hosting and the updates described in your plan.

The live demo shows a made-up player with sample data and sample footage. It shows how the service works; your player's site is built with your own content, and features can differ by plan and by sport. What is included in your plan is what is described at checkout.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the player, or have that parent or guardian's permission, to buy SportsLink Pro and set up a site for a player under 18. The parent or guardian approves everything before it is published and remains responsible for the account.

Prices, payment and billing

• Prices, any setup fee and any monthly fee are shown at checkout. Checkout and card processing are handled by our payment providers.
• Monthly fees are billed in advance, on the same day each month, starting on the purchase date unless checkout says otherwise, until you cancel.
• Third-party costs you choose to add, such as a custom domain, are separate unless your plan says they are included.
• If a payment fails, we will let you know. If it is not resolved within 15 days, we may pause the recruiting site and hub until it is.
• Prices for new purchases may change. If we change the price of a monthly plan you already have, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. A locked-in Pre-Black Friday rate is not changed while it stays in effect.

All sales final

All sales are final. Setup fees and monthly fees already paid are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused time in a billing period, a change of mind, or a decision not to use the service. This does not affect any right to a refund that the law gives you and that cannot be waived, and it does not stop you from asking us to fix a problem with the service. If something is not working as described, contact us and we will make it right.

Canceling a monthly plan

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing mike@profitlinkpro.io or calling (805) 222-7095. Cancellation stops future charges. Your site and hub stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded. When service ends, we will give you a copy of your player's content on request, then unpublish the site and delete hub data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pre-Black Friday offer

• The Pre-Black Friday offer is 50% off both the one-time setup fee and the monthly fee of the Starter, Varsity or Showcase plan. Offer setup fees are $198, $398 and $648 (regular $397, $797 and $1,297). Offer monthly fees are $14.50, $24.50 and $39.50 (regular $29, $49 and $79).
• The half-price monthly fee is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active without a break. We will not raise it while it does. If you cancel, or the subscription ends because a payment is not resolved, and you later sign up again, the regular price at that time applies. Moving to a different plan later is charged at that plan's regular price unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• It is limited to the first 10 completed purchases, and it ends on November 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific time, or sooner if all 10 spots are taken.
• The discount has no cash value, cannot be combined with any other offer, and cannot be applied to past purchases.
• The countdown on our site is a convenience. If it differs from these terms, these terms control.
• The all-sales-final policy applies to discounted purchases.

Your content

You will send us photos, video, stats and other material about your player ("your content"). By sending it, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use it and to let us publish it, including any photos or video taken by someone else.
• Publishing it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any confidentiality obligation, including the rules of any team, league or event.
• The facts in it, such as stats, measurements, grades and honors, are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Coaches rely on these, so please tell us when something changes.

You give us permission to host, copy, edit, format and display your content as needed to provide the service. We may trim clips, add on-screen labels, and resize or crop images. We will not use your player's content in our own marketing without your written permission.

We may decline or remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, unsafe for a minor, or harmful.

Who owns what

• You own your content and your player's information.
• If your plan includes a domain registered in your name, it is yours. If we register it for you, we will transfer it to you on request when your service ends.
• We own the SportsLink Pro name and logo, the design templates, software code, college and scholarship research, workout library and other materials we use for every customer. While your service is active, you may use them as part of your site and hub. They are not transferred to you.

Hub logins

The recruiting hub has a player login and a family login. Keep the passwords private and tell us right away if you think someone else has them; we will change them. You are responsible for what happens under your logins.

No guarantee of recruitment

We do not guarantee that your player will be contacted, recruited, offered a roster spot, admitted to any college or awarded any scholarship or financial aid. Nobody honestly can. Recruiting depends on your player's ability, grades, effort and outreach, and on decisions made by coaches and colleges that we do not control. SportsLink Pro is a tool that helps your player be easy to find and helps your family stay organized.

SportsLink Pro is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, CCCAA, any college or athletic program, any scholarship sponsor, or any recruiting platform such as SportsRecruits or GameChanger.

College and scholarship information

College, coaching staff, camp, roster, program and scholarship information in the hub comes from public sources, mainly official athletics and sponsor websites, and is offered for convenience. It can change without notice and can be wrong. Always confirm deadlines, eligibility, recruiting rules and contact details directly with the college, the sponsor or the governing body before relying on them. The player and family are responsible for following NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA and other recruiting and eligibility rules.

Workouts and training

The workout library, weekly plans, arm care guidance and training measurements are general fitness information. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a doctor, athletic trainer, physical therapist or qualified coach. Check with a medical professional before starting a new training program, especially after an injury. Stop any exercise that causes pain. A minor should train with a parent's knowledge and appropriate supervision. You take part in any workout at your own risk.

Third-party services

The service uses and links to services run by others, including our hosting, payment and messaging providers and video sites such as YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, ProfitLink Pro Ltd. will text you about your request or your service, including setup steps, confirmations and reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site, the demo, a recruiting site or a hub to break the law, to post someone else's personal information without permission, to harass anyone, to send spam, to probe or attack our systems, or to scrape them at scale. Do not share hub passwords publicly. We may block access if you do.

Disclaimers

Except as stated in these terms, the site, the demo and the service are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work to keep it that way and will fix problems we find. Nothing on our sites is legal, tax, financial, medical or recruiting-compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, ProfitLink Pro Ltd., its owner and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost scholarships, lost data or reputational harm, however caused. Our total liability arising out of or relating to SportsLink Pro is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 US dollars if you have paid us nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ProfitLink Pro Ltd. against claims arising from content you supplied to us or instructed us to publish, or from your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the service if you breach these terms, if a payment is not resolved as described above, or if we must do so to comply with the law. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we stop offering SportsLink Pro altogether, we will give active customers at least 30 days' notice and a copy of their content. The sections on your content, ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please contact us. Most problems are a phone call, and we would rather have the call.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The dates at the top of the page will change when we do, and we will email current customers about material changes before they take effect. Changes do not alter the price or terms of a purchase already completed, except as described in the section on prices.
